Southeast Medical Center (SMC) officially opened for business at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 30th. The first two patients

Compass Medical broke ground on North Bedford Street, East Bridgewater, in August to construct a new 70,000 square foot medical building. To celebrate this important undertaking, Compass Medical held a September 20th groundbreaking ceremony, an event that was attended by about 150 East Bridgewater
town officials; state senators and representatives; officials from DACON, Equity Industrial Partners Corp.,
and By Design; community medical providers; administrators from Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Partners Community Healthcare, Inc., Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Eye Health Services, South Shore Hospital; and Compass Medical physicians and employees.
