About Our Office

Compass Medical Primary Care in Weymouth offers patients a friendly, comfortable environment on a smaller and more personal level. Doctor Mario Dominguez is a board certified family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. His constant focus is on providing the best quality medical care possible for his patients- be they single individuals or part of a whole extended family.

 In addition, Dr. Dominguez speaks English, Spanish, German, French and Italian for additional patient convenience and ease. He is also very interested in alternative/integrative medicine, as well as sports medicine and orthopedics. Dr. Dominguez offers small, in office procedures such as removal of cysts, moles, skin tags, places Intrauterine devices, performs vasectomies and gives Bursa, Trigger point & Joint injections.

By keeping an “open access schedule”, this practice is able to make same day appointments with minimal waiting time once in the office. In addition, Compass Medical in Weymouth believes in a “team’ approach to care and strives to make each patient as educated about their health as they wish to be.

All Compass Medical Providers operate on the same electronic medical record system. This “EMR” database facilitates the communication about your health care to any Compass Medical department and improves the quality and timeliness of any follow-up care that may be necessary. George Clairmont, MD

Dr. Clairmont is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Clairmont is the current President of Compass Medical, P.C. He is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, the Medical Group Management Association, the American Medical Association and the HPHC Pharmacy Committee. Dr. Clairmont's clinical interests include cardiovascular disease, diabetes and lipid disorders.
