PROGRAM DETAILS:

This 6 week psycho-educational group will focus on positive coping skills, identifying emotional and stress eating, food and mood concepts and the health effects of imagery and the relaxation response.

FOR:

Any patient or non-patient dealing with emotional eating or health concerns that would benefit from a lifestyle change.

LITE: Lifestyle Intervention To Enhance Cardiovascular Health (For Compass Medical AND Non-Compass Medical Patients)

PROGRAM DETAILS:

This four session program will focus on how to cope with losing a loved one by understanding the grieving process. During each session, you will learn and understand where you stand in the grieving process and the skills you can use to help you move forward in finding a new meaning in life after the death of a loved one.

FOR:

Any patient or non-patient coping with losing a loved one.

LITE: Lifestyle Intervention To Enhance Cardiovascular Health (For Compass Medical AND Non-Compass Medical Patients)

PROGRAM DETAILS:

The LITE Program at Compass Medical is a medically supervised plan that incorporates practical nutritional advice with the development of an individual exercise plan to help achieve overall and cardiovascular health.

FOR:

Compass Medical AND Non-Compass Medical patients with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

Diabetes Self-Management Education (For Compass Medical Patients Only)

PROGRAM DETAILS:

The Diabetes Self Management Education and Support program at Compass Medical is a certified program that can provide a framework for patients and their families to learn to live well with diabetes.

FOR:

Any Compass Medical patient that is newly diagnosed with diabetes, patients with new diabetic complications, diabetic patients with A1c over 7, or any patient looking to learn how to manage their diabetes better.
